It was functional, brand-new and for ginza access. Coffee, a sitting area, and a kettle were appreciated.

Modern and stylish hotel with efficient staff from each receptionist, loved our staying. The location was favourable, for example, a Hibiya park was at a moderate distance from the venue. Btw, the airport was 12 miles away...

The bed was a bit hard, that's sad thing.

The location was incredible and amazing, so close to the two airports as well as imperial palace. The room was reasonably large with free beverages, a fabulous view, adequate space and safety measures included safe.

I ate at a popular restaurant for breakfast and dinner. I had a comfortable bed, and a kettle and an iron. The location was ideal, just a pleasant stroll away from a traditional wholesale market.

Possibly the best and really comfortable stay for a business trip. Very central location, at a moderate distance from a double - leaf bascule bridge. Its proximity to an underground station.

Booked a room with excellent views, and the staff were pleasant and exceptional people from each receptionist. The location turned out to be great and easy, adjacent to restaurants, shops, subway, trains for sightseeing and the numerous cafes. There was a great dining option, Matsusaka only 900 feet from the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location was absolutely perfect - right on top of the subway station Higashi Ginza and just off the Ginza main shopping area with a metro stop close by. The service was top-notch, with staff that spoke good English and helped us make a reservation to a restaurant we wanted to go to. The facilities were excellent, from the spacious and clean rooms to the free Wi-Fi in public areas. We also appreciated the little touches like the welcome drink and the in-room amenities. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly enjoyable.

Recommended for families.

Marvellous and unbeatable position in the walkable area, just off restaurants, booking sightseeing and so on.
